When he died in a car accident while traveling for work, she later discovered God had orchestrated a miracle: a pastor, prompted repeatedly by the Holy Spirit to turn around on his morning commute, found Scott and stayed with him, praying over him in his final moments. "God loves Scott so much and He loves me so much that He didn't want Scott to die alone," Carmen reflects. "He sent a man of God to be there and pray with him. How can I be mad at God?"
This divine appointment has become the cornerstone of Carmen's healing. Her story reminds us that sometimes God's peace doesn't come from removing our storms, but from His faithful presence within them. As she poignantly observes, "Joy and grief can coexist."
