In a few quick minutes, Mitch shares five reasons why this 1990 gem might be the best from the comic-inspired arena. Is it definitive? Probably not. But there’s certainly a case to be made. At the very least, ‘Dick Tracy’ not only deserves better — it has earned placement in the upper echelon of comic book movies.
