Katy's a force of nature. Now 32, Katy's an Olympic Gold medallist, World Champion, mother-of-two and she's got her sights set firmly on the LA Olympics, in 2028.

Her story is an inspiring one, and Emma and Manon brought the best out of her. You might just have to cover your eyes and ears when Katy details her horror crash at the London Velodrome during the Track Champions League last December. That was a rough one.
