Hey Portland friends! Let's dive into what Mother Nature has in store for us this week.
Today's looking pretty sweet with mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing to a delightful 62 degrees Fahrenheit. We've got a gentle south wind cruising around 5 to 8 miles per hour, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some vitamin D.
Tonight, expect partly cloudy conditions with temperatures dipping down to a cool 42 degrees Fahrenheit. A soft south southeast breeze will be keeping things calm.
Sunday's got a different vibe coming in - rain is on the horizon, mainly rolling in after 4 pm. Temperatures will hover near 60 degrees Fahrenheit with southwest winds reaching up to 22 miles per hour. Rain chances are high at 80 percent, so grab those umbrellas!
The work week kicks off with a Monday that's a bit unsettled. We're looking at a 40 percent chance of rain before 4 pm, with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching around 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mid-week gets progressively wetter. Tuesday and Wednesday are looking like classic Pacific Northwest days with consistent rain and cloudy conditions. Temperatures will dance around the low 50s.
Things get really interesting by Wednesday night and Thursday. We might see some snow mixing with rain, with snow levels starting around 2200 feet and potentially dropping lower. Mountain dwellers, take note!
By Thursday and Friday, we're in for a real winter weather cocktail - rain potentially mixed with snow, with snow levels fluctuating between 1200 and 2600 feet.
