If you’re recovering from surgery, living with joint pain,or maybe just not as spry as you used to be, e-bikes might be the perfect solution.
I myself have struggled with feeling as active and vigorousas I used to feel. I came out of winter and thought well maybe I have the winter blues, no sunlinght. You see I try to be active, every day I take my two dogs and go for an hour hike. I have done these walks for years, every day but this spring I just felt like I might be losing a step. So, I decided what am I going to do about it?
I used to ride a bike every afternoon after work but locallyI live on a hill and I’d never have the stamina to bike up the hill at the end of my ride. So there I’d be pushing thebike, after I went for a ride. I got to the point I didn’t enjoy riding the bike any more.
Then I found ebikes.

That gentle electric assist can help you get up hills, ride longer, and move your body without beating it up. Perfect for those of us over 50 who want to stay active, rebuild strength after surgery, or protect jointswithout sacrificing mobility.
We’re going to explore health benefits of ebikes!
So stay tuned—because feeling good in your body isn’t justpossible… it’s your next adventure.
