"You're guilty until proven innocent. Perception is reality, that's the way that it is in this world...."
For this case we are taking you off the beaten path and getting a little, raccoon-like? I don't know if it is because everywhere I read this case, it's ONE side. One perception being highlighted and the other one is almost completely ignored... and you know how we like "possibilities". This is going to be hard, but I want our listeners to open their ears and try to be as unbiased as possible. After all, it is better to risk saving a guilty person than to condemn an innocent one...
Today's case we are going to review the crime and charges made against a man named James Toliver Craig...You may or may not recognize his name. But this time, we are going to play devil's advocate and try to find possible defenses just to push our minds to the edge of possibilities. Welcome to Episode 30: You be the Juror of James Craig.
