This week, Camille and Rich sit down with Victoria Shepherd-Burnett, the founder and executive director of The Inn Recovery Community, for one of the most powerful and emotional conversations we’ve ever had. Victoria shares how her journey began in 2019, helping young women facing homelessness, and how that mission evolved through unimaginable personal struggle. After nearly losing her life in 2022, she found recovery and purpose in helping others do the same.

Today, The Inn has grown into a life-changing organization housing over 120 women, children, and families each year—offering safety, sobriety, and second chances. With a relapse rate of just 5.5%, The Inn stands as proof that healing is possible when compassion meets community.

Something truly special is happening there… and this is the story behind it.
