Christine Gertz from the University of Alberta's Career Centre discusses great uses for Linkedin and Silver medal applicants. Silver medal applicants are job candidates who have "everything": great skills, strong resume, appear to have a good interview but don't get a job offer and this issue keeps happening again and again when they are job searching.
