PPR is now a financial services firm that primarily assists private equity funds investing in distressed residential mortgages throughout the United States, and provides top-tier business services in the areas of asset acquisitions & analytics, borrower management, document management, and client relations.
In addition to his 35 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, Dave is also a prolific writer and author who has been published in numerous industry publications and was recently invited to join the Forbes Finance Council, a community for senior leaders in finance.
