During this time, Stefanie has been there for families. She has worked to expand access to affordable homeownership, has developed and facilitated a financial empowerment program called Almost Home, and has been personally involved with 118 families' home purchases, and still counting. Stefanie shares with Yvette Habitat affiliate's transition to a land trust model of homeownership.
