I’m not here to sugarcoat it ... I let things slide this year.

Maybe not as bulky as AI made me look in the thumbnail (LOL), nor like the average North American who's only form of exercise is carrying the chips from the pantry to the couch.

But it's not up to my standards.. the scale gradually crept up, my pants got tighter, and the guy in the mirror wasn’t the guy I wanted to be.

So I built a comeback plan.

Not a fad. Not “bro science.”
