LynnAnn Erickson is a Professional in Residence at Utah Valley University where she serves as the Program Lead for the Human Resource Management Program as well as the Faculty SHRM Advisor. Prior to teaching, LynnAnn worked as an HR Professional primarily in the manufacturing industry. She held specialist, generalist, and manager roles at different companies. She is also consultant with TracTalent, a startup company focused on driving a people-first approach to attract, retain and develop talent. She has a BS in Business Management from Utah Valley University and an MBA from Utah State University.
