This week Mac & I discuss two films that are about Trying to Defy Fate. We looked at the South Korean film A DAY/HARU and FINAL DESTINATION: BLOODLINES from the US. A DAY involves trying to escape a tragic time loop, and FINAL DESTINATION: BLOODLINES involves trying to escape death. One of these films is successful.
On the next main show, Mac & I will discuss "Feel Good Fall Films" with THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS & KPOP DEMON HUNTERS.
