Then I talk with Julie Clinefelter at the Austin Public Library. This Thursday, October 16th from 4 until 6, there will be a celebration for Milly The Mill Pond Monster. We’ll share all the details about that event and more.

And then it’s time for a visit from the Austin Symphony Orchestra. The 2025-26 season kicks off on Sunday October 26th at 2:00 with the Heroes and Villains: A Family Costume Party. Everyone is encouraged to dress up as their favorite hero or villain and enjoy music from The Magnificent Seven, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Superman, and more. We’ll have more details about the entire season in this episode as well
