As an emotional and spiritual health coach, my passion is to help people unlock their feel good. Feel good isn't "happy all the time" utopia; instead, I create opportunities for you to find out what your unique "feel good" blueprint is and strategically work toward integrating it into your life. Life is GOING to happen--I help you be ready for it when it does.
In this episode, I'm talking about learning to HANDLE HARD. We can practice doing this, just like any other skill. The more we do it the better we become at it.

1. Here's my Linktree to access the full LIVE video of this episode, and see the video I refer to in the Podcast from Kara Lawson, the women's basketball coach at Duke.

2. Access the Writing Prompts here. The prompts are here to help you lean into your own wisdom, to discover the things only you can.

  • Screenshot the prompts on your phone notes or write them out in a notebook or journal.
  • Take a moment before starting to clear your mind, and then as quickly as possible complete the sentences.
  • Do not overthink the answers. Just allow the words to come.
  • Notice what feelings come up. Were you surprised by anything?

Please find me at all the places below. Looking forward to "seeing" you soon.
