Manage episode 335545673 series 3375262
As an emotional and spiritual health coach, my passion is to help people unlock their feel good. Feel good isn't "happy all the time" utopia; instead, I create opportunities for you to find out what your unique "feel good" blueprint is and strategically work toward integrating it into your life. Life is GOING to happen--I can help you be ready for it without losing your feel good. In this episode, I talk about pausing...because I took a LONG pause over the past few months. Pausing is powerful.

2. The Writing Prompts at the end are there to help you lean into your own wisdom, to discover the things only you can. Trust the process. Lean in to these and try not to overthink them. Copy and paste these into your phone notes or write them out in a notebook or journal. Take a moment before starting to clear your mind, and then as quickly as possible complete the sentences. Do not overthink the answers. Just allow the words to come. Notice what feelings come up. Were you surprised by anything?
