Manage episode 456042751 series 3091927
Max Floyd was a radio DJ for over 50 years. He is one of the few Radio DJ's in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Max's knowledge of music is informative as it is impressive. He shares his experience in the Army on a 100,000 watt station that was heard all over Europe. Max also shares how he always thought of listener first and how he could pick a hit. I asked him if radio stations actually took pay-offs from record companies to play their music. He answers that in this podcast.
