Many horse owners are afraid to correct their horse — they worry it will damage the bond or make the horse stop liking them.

But honestly, the only behaviours we truly can’t accept around horses are the ones that are potentially dangerous — like pushing, biting, or kicking.

So if a horse is showing those behaviours and isn’t being taught otherwise, can we really say they liked the human in the first place?
