The idea that your competitors are only the ones selling what you sell. They’re not. I’ll show you how to identify different types of competitors and the often-overlooked threat of your customer doing nothing at all. I also share how I personally monitor competitors. I pay attention to what shapes my positioning, pricing, and messaging. If you’re not mapping your real competition, you’re leaving strategy and revenue behind.
