In Episode 2, we chat with Ayman Al-Hendy, MD, PhD, a physician-scientist, prolific contributor to medical literature, and a leader in his field of gynecological research. We discuss leadership styles, tips for getting published, and authorship orders. Holly takes special care to remind Bhuchitra that her name should come first in all published literature (and everything else, really).

Dr. Al-Hendy delivers expert care for complex gynecologic conditions, including uterine fibroids, infertility and endometriosis. His work has been published in several highly-respected peer-reviewed journals, including Reproductive Sciences, Scientific Reports, New England Journal of Medicine and Cell Transplantation.
This episode is dedicated to the physician-scientists who conduct innovative research with the purpose of improving peoples' lives.
