Before he became a successful Health and Wellness Coach, Anthony transitioned from a professional culinary career to triathlon, completing 4 Ironman races in 5 years. Recently, Anthony has incorporated peptides (BPC-157 and TB-500) into his training, primarily for recovery, reporting improved performance and faster healing.
