We do this because we've learned that the most direct way of disidentifying with the ego is to observe it in operation. Where does it operate? In your field of consciousness: in your mind.

This is the question we'll try to answer. We'll use an excerpt from a Buddhist scripture called 'The Way of The Bodhisattva' to explore one simple practice for dealing with the ego.
