2. The 3-Second Rule: Try the three-second rule the next time you feel resistance to starting an important task. Count backward—3, 2, 1—and move immediately. Reflect on how this changes your ability to take action.

3. Celebrate Small Wins: After completing even the tiniest task toward your goal (like writing one sentence or doing one push-up), pause and celebrate. How does acknowledging small wins make you feel?

4. Energy Mapping: For the next three days, rate your energy levels every hour on a scale of 1–10. Identify your "power hours" and plan to tackle your most important tasks during those times. How does aligning tasks with energy cycles impact your productivity?

5. Visualize Success: Spend two minutes daily visualizing yourself taking action toward a goal. Imagine the satisfaction and pride of progress. What shifts do you notice in your motivation and confidence after practicing this consistently?
