Linda Joy, spent years building her career as a Mindset Elevation Coach, publisher, and creatrix of five media brands. From high school dropout and welfare mom to successful entrepreneur, Linda’s path was full of hustle, striving, and proving herself through external achievements.

She also spent decades nurturing her emotional and spiritual growth, which is evident in the work she does. But it took a mini stroke at 40 and years of health challenges before she realized she was neglecting her PHYSICAL health.

She made a conscious decision to prioritize nourishing her body—just as much as her career and spiritual well-being.

She sought help from me as her Health & Nutrition Coach and she says that’s when everything began to shift.

She released weight that had been hanging on for years–by eating MORE, not less–her energy also improved, she was more productive, and her health challenges improved dramatically.

“If I wasn’t nourishing me, I wouldn’t have any light to share with anyone else,” Linda says, reflecting on the way her relationship with her body changed when she gave it the care it needed.
