The topic: Midlife Metabolism.

As we age, our metabolism slows due to loss of muscle mass, hormonal changes, stress, a decrease in physical activity, and a host of other reasons.

But there’s so much you can do to get it back up and running at full speed.

In this episode I share three easy steps you can start implementing right away to start burning fat and releasing the midlife weight that’s been creeping up.

You start to feel better about yourself when you’re consistently moving forward. When you try to take on everything at once, that’s a setup for failure so you feel like you failed. But YOU didn’t fail, the plan failed.” - Sarah Haas
