Learning to regulate your nervous system will have a big impact on anyone’s life – but it will be particularly huge for those of us with ADHD. In today’s episode, I’m discussing why ADHD can be much harder to handle when we’re dysregulated, how dysregulation can manifest itself and ideas you can use to start to become more regulated.
