Olga Skipper is an executive coach with a deep background in tech and startups, specializing in guiding professionals through complex transitions. Having lived in five countries and now based in Berlin, she brings a global perspective to her coaching, shaped by personal experiences overcoming ADHD and dyslexia.

Certified as an Organizational and Executive Coach (3CP) from Columbia University, Olga works with entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals in fast-paced industries like tech, education, and fashion. She is known for blending sharp insights with actionable strategies, helping clients balance bold action with self-compassion.

With seven years of coaching experience, Olga’s expertise spans adult development, multicultural contexts, and business growth across continents. She co-founded a startup that was acquired by one of Europe’s largest internet companies, later serving as a vice president. Now, she channels her diverse experiences to help clients unlock their potential, build self-awareness, and reach ambitious goals.

Outside of coaching, Olga enjoys drumming, yoga, cinema, and global cuisine, passions that fuel her curiosity and enrich her coaching approach.
