In the hundred-and-sixteenth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Ryan Tanel of Razzan Properties and Top Producer Investment Capital.
Razzan Properties opened in the heart of Austin, Texas in 2019. Razzan Properties started immediately acquiring properties to their portfolio and is currently seeking new deals across Texas.

Acquisitions team leader Ryan Tanel has been living in Austin for over 10 years, growing his personal investing portfolio all across Texas, and helping those around him do the same along the way. Prior to Razzan Properties, Ryan spent 7 years in residential mortgage lending as a senior loan officer, where his business quickly grew and doubled most years. He did this by helping over 500 families finance their homes during his career and end up taking on the dream of home ownership, or become a real estate investor. Utilizing Ryan's experience gives Razzan the ability to move quickly in the marketplace and properly value property deals for purchase and repositioning.

During Ryan’s career as a loan officer, starting in 2016, he started acquiring properties in his personal portfolio with the knowledge he gained in the lending industry. As his experience in mortgage lending grew, along with his personal portfolio, it started attracting the eyes and ears of fellow investors to follow in similar footsteps. However, Real Estate is very much an active investment needing fine-tuning and adherence to an ever-changing market, much more so than most investors are willing to put into their “Passive” Investments. As such, Razzan Properties was born in 2019 in order to collaborate investor Capital and put it to good active use, and give investors a truly passive way to invest in real estate. Razzan Properties currently is a general partner that owns and manages 173 units across Texas in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Gonzales, and Canyon Lake with a value of $23,000,000, along with other partners.
