Walcutt has 20 years of experience in network design; information security; risk analysis; and mitigation and compliance in the energy, financial, higher education and manufacturing sectors. As a subject matter expert for energy, smart-integrated infrastructure and critical infrastructure security, he is involved with several research initiatives involving the University of Central Florida, Soar Technology and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Walcutt is vice president of strategy at Direct Defense.
