Today we have a really different kind of episode; we are talking about grief, but not in the traditional sense of someone passing.
Our episode today focuses on the unspoken grief we encounter when shedding an identity, for example, the life we leave behind after we become a parent, or after changing your career when something doesn't work out as you wanted it to be. Grief comes in different forms, which is often overlooked. Personally, my life has changed so many times, and over the years, I have unknowingly been through a grieving process.
In this episode our focus is on where we can discover where we have been, where we are at, and how we can move forward. It is an episode where we understand someone else's journey and begin to think we are not alone.
Our guest is Alice Rose, she is a sound therapist, an intuitive artist, life meditator and yoga teacher, but she is more than that; she is a creative and kind soul. She is a woman who stands in her power and truth. She dances with her shadows and basks within her light.

Alice openly shares parts of her journey, but what is key is that she continues to learn and listen, staying present to the unravelling of life.
