There's a short introduction about my decade and half of franchise experience from the perspectives of being a preferred vendor, being a franchisee, and being a franchisor.
This show is for franchise business owners who have one or a few operating units and need to get one or more of them to 20% or more. It's for people who made a big bet on themselves by going into small business ownership and are willing to do whatever it takes to get to 20% or more profitability as quickly as possible.
It's a short introduction to the show so you can determine if it will be useful to you.
