Gary Jackson is a seasoned Metabolic Health Practitioner and dedicated Judo Coach whose life and career span an impressive spectrum of disciplines. A former Royal Marines Arctic Warfare Commando, Gary went on to excel as a Senior Project Manager in both IT and pharmaceuticals, a short circuit motorcycle racer, and a published landscape photographer. His deep commitment to personal mastery and service led him to national coaching roles, including National Judo Coach for the Royal Navy/Royal Marines and Devon County Judo Coach. Now at 67, he devotes his days to guiding clients in nutrition and his evenings and weekends to coaching judo. Having transitioned from a primarily plant-based diet to a low-carb, high-fat lifestyle over the past three years, Gary remains driven by a simple yet powerful motivation: helping others to help themselves.
