Body image struggles don’t just happen in the entertainment industry—they happen everywhere. But when you grow up in a world where your body is literally judged, it sticks with you.

In this episode, I’m opening up about my personal experiences with body image, from being weighed at auditions to the casual comments that changed how I saw myself. I’ll share:

🔥 The toxic beauty standards I encountered in the dance world🔥 How one comparison made me question everything🔥 The lasting effects of constantly critiquing your body🔥 Why we need to stop commenting on people’s bodies (even if we think it’s a compliment)🔥 A heartfelt reflection on what I got wrong as a teacher and what I’d say to my younger self

I know I haven’t always gotten this right, but one thing I’ve learned? Your body is the least interesting thing about you. If you’ve ever felt like your body was constantly up for discussion—whether in dance, everyday life, or even just in your own mind—this episode is for you.

Let’s change the way we talk about ourselves. Let’s change the way we talk about each other. Let’s stop making body image the measure of our worth.
