After retiring from NCAA Division I gymnastics and earning her Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University, Monica Crawford began her professional career in criminal justice working within the court system in Ohio. During this time, Monica obtained her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification and began coaching. In 2016, Monica moved to Oklahoma and began her career in law enforcement with a probation and parole agency. Two years later she transitioned into policing. After enduring 3.5 years of chronic stress within the police world, and enduring many mental and physical health issues, Monica resigned and created her online coaching business for female first responders, Five-0 Fierce and Fit.
