In this weeks episode we revisit the first time Carolyn was called to a Daniel Fast. After much struggle with fighting against her fleshly desires, Carolyn was guided to fast in order to break the oppression of strongholds and certain desires.

Fasting is one of those things that truly reveals to you your level of perseverance and tests your obedience to your commitments.

1 Corinthians 10:13
No trial has confronted you except what a person can stand. God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tried beyond your strength.

But together with the trial he will also provide a way out and the strength to bear it.
