This podcast episode marks the first for me. My name is Robert, and I was a former sufferer of Ulcerative Colitis. In 'The Life Before Him' I introduce myself, my background, giving an overview of my life before I became seriously ill. Being an introductory episode, I hint at episodes to come, where I further detail how I managed to overcome such a difficult illness. This overcoming was difficult, but I have manged to live a life without using prescription drugs, using only the power of the mind and spirit to guide me.
