Hi friend – in this episode we talk about how to monitor your blood pressure. It’s not difficult at all once you know how to do it. Then you can do it once in a while to get a sense of whether chronic stress is building up in your body.

This is another example of Boundary Testing. Meaning: it won’t give you an indicator of just how good your health is, but it *will* tell you when to be worried.

FYI: Those stats are: Diastolic pressure +120 | Systolic pressure +100 | Heart rate +100 beats per minute.
