in this episode of Habits of a Mother, I’m reflecting on the honest highs and lows from last month—through the lens of six key areas: faith, marriage, parenting, household, friendship, and business. After a hard month recovering from illness, I noticed some habits that crept in… and I’m gently replacing them with intentional, grace-filled ones.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re just going through the motions in your faith, feeling distant in your marriage, yelling more than you’d like, or letting the house or business overwhelm you—you are so not alone.
