Do you ever feel close to losing your mind?
Using your mind more, to overcome the very problem of your mind being overloaded DOES NOT WORK.
You have to use your mind LESS.
You have to INTENTIONALLY pull yourself away.
You must resist the urge to keep doing more and more.
