Fleming is responsible for designing and implementing leadership development and executive coaching programs that equip progressive leaders with the tools, models, mindsets, and people strategies to recruit, grow, and retain high-performing teams.
Fleming believes that when leaders grow, companies grow. Her mission is to unlock leadership potential by challenging managers to rethink what it means to lead today and how they can better inspire, empower, and transform the results of any team. Starting her career in sales and quickly rising to become SVP of Sales, Fleming launched an automotive program focused on coaching general managers to strengthen culture, enhance their leadership skills, and engage higher performance from their teams. She has worked with numerous OEMs and auto groups to transform managers into leaders capable of elevating their dealerships to the next level.

Fleming holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University and is certified as an Executive Coach by John Maxwell Leadership and Sales Specialist Sandler Selling System. She is also a certified Behavioral Assessment Advisor in The Omnia Profile, PI, DISC, Objective Management, and ESI Surveys.
