Beth Lucchesi’s journey with Carter Myers Automotive began in 1986 as a temporary receptionist—but it didn’t take long for her to prove she was anything but temporary. Her dedication, adaptability, and passion for people quickly propelled her through the company, eventually leading her to CMA’s rental division, where she remained until its sale to another company. After several years in the truck rental industry, Beth saw a post from Liza Borches seeking a recruiter—and instantly knew it was her sign to come home to CMA.

Today, as CMA’s Community Recruiting Specialist, Beth plays a vital role in shaping the future of the automotive industry. She dedicates her time to community outreach, engaging with students from elementary schools to colleges, technical programs, and everywhere in between, inspiring the next generation to consider the rewarding career paths available in automotive.

Beth also helps lead one of CMA’s proudest initiatives—the Technician Apprentice Training Program, a visionary program founded by Liza Borches. This program allows high school students to apprentice at a dealership for three years, graduating with hands-on experience and a head start in their careers. With a remarkable 98% retention rate, it’s a true testament to Beth’s passion and CMA’s mission.

When she’s not out connecting with future automotive professionals, you can find Beth outside soaking up the sunshine, working out with a fierce crew of ladies, or spending quality time with her beloved dogs.
