Jos Grover is the executive director of LGB Alliance USA. As a lesbian who has always been dedicated to local, state and national activism for gay rights, progressive issues and environmental conservation, Jos saw the shift in the LGBT community around 2018. By 2020 it was more than obvious that legacy LGBTQ NGOs were solely focused on gender ideology and trans-activism.
