Have you ever thought you wish you could be more motivated when it comes to your health and fitness? I get asked all of the time about motivation, and how I stay so motivated
In today’s episode, I’m talking about 7 tips to help you stay motivated with your health and fitness. I’m also sharing more about the importance of actually following a plan; this takes so much guesswork out, because you know exactly what you need to be doing.
EPISODE HIGHLIGHT:

  • Think deeper about what your purpose is
  • What works with someone will not always work for you
  • Always Prioritise your sleep
  • Plan and prepare your food
  • Exercise is very important to feel good
  • Book into something you're committed to
  • Incorporate some fun with what you are doing.

At the end of the day, you’re not always going to be motivated-it’s as simple as that. However, I truly believe motivation (not perfection) is something that is achievable for everyone, once you have the right plan in place, and you start seeing results.
