A short documentary about the 2008 Building Bridges Conference at Gustavus. Building Bridges is an annual diversity conference centered around the topics of activism and awareness. The 2008 “Genocide Awareness: How Will History Judge Us” featured keynote speaker Paul Rusesabagina. His keynote focused on his experiences with genocide and the rest of the conference featured workshops and activities including a food packaging for Kids Against Hunger. Interviewed subjects are students Asitha Jayawardena and Jing Han Soh and Virgil Jones, Gustavus’ Director of Multicultural Programs.
