Cooper Chapman a former pro surfer turned Founder and mental health advocate. In 2020 he founded The Good Human Factory which runs workshops with students and corporates about mental health and wellbeing that so far have reached over 50,000 students & 15,000 corporate participants.

Cooper has just published his first book ‘The 1% Good Club’ - the simple way to transform your mental health in just 14 minutes a day.

In this episode, Cooper sits down with Steph to share what he has learned from devoting 14 minutes a day (for the last 1,600 days!) to his mental health and how we can all take small, achievable steps every day to improve our own mental health.
