Welcome to Let's Hiply This. Today I speak with Kari Schwear, a fellow life coach and we get into nuances and gray zones, not just with alcohol but all things gray - where are you settling in your life? What are you doing that is distracting you from your best life.

Kari used to be an executive at Porsche and had her low point with her alcohol consumption and became a life coach and founded Gray Tonic to identify and spread information about gray area drinking, The space between severely abusing and only drinking from time to time.

She talks about gray zones, and how to move out of living that gray life. Whether it's with your marriage, or your relationship with your kids, or the career that you no longer want to be in? Particularly if they have their own business and they're just, you know, they're successful. They have the money. You know, they have all the outward stuff, but they're not happy inside. And so how do we move them out? Of those gray areas? And, and the secret is finding that internal inner peace. Most people aren't doing that work.

Map of Consciousness - get from your protective state to an expansive state. Getting back to gratitude and receivership. And feeling connected at a soulful level, the Inner Peace Self is never triggered. It's helpful to befriend the parts of us that we don't like and that creates space for change.

Kari talked about the power to Decide Process. We speak about the power of forgiveness and self-forgiveness. And ends with a listener tip to reduce tarry feelings.
