In this episode of Living with Parkinson’s: The Good, the Bad, and the Reality, I open up about one of the biggest mental and emotional challenges we face—the fear of what’s to come.

From leaving a job I loved, to navigating the breakdown of a 27-year marriage, to adjusting to life in three-hour medication windows—this episode is raw and real. I share how Parkinson’s pushed me to ask painful questions like:

• What if I can’t do the things I used to love?

• What will my future look like?

• Am I running out of time?

But I also share what helped me move forward—how I’ve learned to adapt, advocate for myself, and reframe fear as something I could live with rather than be paralyzed by.
