When Life Feels Heavy: Permission to Pull Back Without Burnout

This week I’m keeping it real, because sometimes life just feels heavy. I’ve been feeling tired, a little run down, and definitely not in flow — and I know I’m not the only mum who feels like this.

In this episode, I want to remind you that you don’t need to be “on” 24/7 to be successful. We all go through seasons where energy dips, motivation fades, or life just feels too much. And that’s okay.

I’ll be sharing what’s helped me:

✨ Setting boundaries and saying no

✨ Journaling my thoughts and feelings

✨ Getting outside for walks

✨ Allowing myself time to rest without guilt

Pulling back isn’t quitting — it’s creating space for the next level of growth.
