Tessa Grossman has done a bunch of stuff and been a lot of places so far accumulating a bunch of super cool and unique stories. Such stops have included playing softball at Dartmouth, coaching with the LA Rams, Cal Berkely, Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals as a Bill Walsh Fellow, Illinois State, and now Middle Tennessee State University. Here's what we talked about:

1:36 Impact of Tessa's parents and stories foundational to her main beliefs now

7:19 Biggest "fork in the road" moment that has led Tessa to now: choosing to not play softball her senior of high school and stumbling upon S&C as a career, and choosing Dartmouth despite not offering an Exercise Science degree

13:51 Earning the Bill Walsh fellowship and her experiences in the NFL

22:18 Craziest story: sharing a private jet with LA Rams Head Coach Sean McVay

26:51 Biggest full circle moment: taking the job at Middle Tennessee and voluntarily leaving football, trusting the process, and getting back into football 1 year later
