Making a proof list is easy. You can use this sheet to keep track and write down the good OR you can simply make an album on our phone and scroll through it often to help pull you out of a pit and to change your trajectory!
Buddha said, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”
I believe this is true and that it's a key to our success to naturally get ourself back into good thoughts and feelings.
